Transformation Contest 101:

The Under-the-Radar Secret to Losing Fat Fast

Transformation Contests – that’s the secret to quickly transforming the way you look and feel. Seems rather boring doesn’t it?

And while I realize a transformation contest doesn’t have the same appeal as “the 5 best bodyweight exercises”, it’s hard to ignore the fantastic results many TT contestants have experienced simply by joining a contest.

The reason for these body transformers achieving such incredible results in just a short amount of time is simple; you need a deadline. Many folks procrastinate without a deadline, but it really is the key to getting people to take action now.

So the next time a body transformation contest starts, make sure you enter and take advantage of the deadline to get you off your behind and into the gym.

Here is a list of transformation resources to help you take massive action today and get the most out of your next contest. Afterward you’ll find a Transformation package I’ve put together that combines my best body transformation workouts into one low price.

Hey Craig –

I am interested in doing a transformation contest, but I just found out about it, and believe I missed the deadline for the current contest. When is the next one?

B.

The reason I believe that I would benifit from the free tranformation tapes is that I just had back surgery four months ago,,,,,,,, my half hour physical therapy appts are about to be done next week,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I have always been active or in a gym and I want to get back into shape again. I am 62 years young, and want that body back which I lost after embarking for three years on all and every kind of therapy, but when the sciatic pain was in my legs 24×7 plus the excrusiating lower back pain I decided I had to give into surgery. The sciatic pain is gone and I am slowly weaning myself off my 90 mg of Morphine that was the only dosage which made it possible to tolerate being albe to get up in the morning and accomplish only one task a day.
My original fall which started this, plus being a nurse for over 44 years, was that three years ago I fell six feet down into my koi pond. I had just cleaned it, drained it down to about four inches for the fish, I don’t even remember falling, thank God, as I woke up, I had been unconscious for probably ten to fifteen minutes, I had falled into the pool, but that meant I had hurt my back as I ened on my back, but fell in two different spaces as I transversed the two step to finally hit the botton, laying face up. I woke up with my fish in my hair and a broken left arm, so it took me over an hour before I could wiggle up each level of steps to get out of the pool. I continued to fill the pond, which took about three hours, and then called 911.
So you see my story is bad, but I am strong and a survivor.
Thank you for the consideration for your tapes!

Hi Craig, I previously entered one of your transformation contsets and although I wasn’t a finalist I still achieved great results.
Unfortunately I’ve allowed my self to get somewhat out of shape again and need the motivation that a transformation contest gives and so could you tell me when the next one commences please?

I stripped away around 14lbs of fat during that particular 12 week transformation and although its not all gone back on I ‘ve allowed half of it to creep back into my life thus proving that exercise isnt for 12 weeks, it’s for life!

Hi I am following up on the last question. I recently heard about the contest but do not fully understand the process. Does a new contest start soon or was there only one ? Either way this journaling sounds like a great way to set goals, monitor progress and stick to a program. Still, I would really like to know a but more about how this works. I can’t seem to find a site which explains all of it. I do know of someone who entered the contest and won 500.00 but she is not sure that another contest is going to happen and she could not provide any dates. Please let me know and I will let her know.
Thank you so much.

Hi! And yes, a new contest will start soon. We start them every January, May, and September. So expect the dates for the May contest to be announced very soon. We’re just finishing up our 16th contest now. Details on the next contest will be released (soon) here – http://www.turbulencetrainingcontest.com/rules.shtml
